AI transparency

I use artificial intelligence as a tool—and I'll tell you openly where and how. This page explains what I do with AI, how I label AI-generated content, and who is ultimately responsible for it: me.

1. Where I Use AI

• Texts: I use AI assistants for drafts, ideas, and help with wording. I read, edit, and review every text myself before it is published.
• Images: For concept examples, illustrations, and individual images, I use AI image tools. I also use royalty-free stock images.
• Video and Audio: For sample reels, I sometimes use royalty-free stock footage. Whenever AI is involved, this is noted on the respective sample page.
• Research and Structure: AI helps me organize my ideas, create editorial plans, and handle technical tasks related to the website.

2. How I Label AI Content

I clearly label any images, videos, or audio that were generated using AI and could appear to be real. This applies to this website as well as to posts on my channels and to work I create for clients. In doing so, I follow the transparency requirements of the EU AI Regulation (Art. 50), which have been in effect since August 2, 2026.

Specifically on this website:

• The portrait at the top of the homepage is AI-generated; the background has been edited. It is labeled “AI-generated · Background edited.” The photo in the “About Me” section is a real photo of me.
• In the "A Few Impressions" photo gallery on the homepage, the photo of the T-shirt is real. The other two images are AI-generated and labeled "AI-generated image."
• The images in the concept examples are AI-generated or royalty-free stock images. The businesses and names in the examples are fictional.
• The logo was designed using AI and then refined by me.

3. Who Is Responsible?

For me, AI is a tool, not a substitute for common sense and experience. Strategy, selection, editing, and the decision of what to publish are all up to me. I am responsible for the content of this website and my work—not the AI.

4. What I Don't Do

• I do not use AI to generate customer testimonials, reviews, or references.
• I do not pass off AI-generated characters as real people.
• I do not publish unverified AI-generated texts.

5. Your Information

For client projects, I only enter the information into AI tools that is necessary for the task . For more information on how personal data is handled, please see the Privacy Policy.
