This data is used exclusively to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in ensuring error-free display and security (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). This data is not combined with other data or used to identify you personally.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hosting provider). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the hosting provider’s servers. We have a contract with the hosting provider for data processing in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, which ensures the secure processing of the data in accordance with the terms of the contract.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A Data Processing Agreement has been entered into with Netlify in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. To the extent that personal data is transferred to the United States, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

5. Contacting Us (Contact Form & Email)

If you contact me via the contact form or by email, I will process the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number if applicable, and your message) in order to process and respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you provide when you submit the form, as well as—if the purpose is to enter into a contract— Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect, e.g., by email.

Your information will remain stored until your request has been fully processed and there are no legal retention requirements that prevent this.

The contact form is processed in an encrypted manner via my host’s form service (Netlify Forms); the same safeguards apply as described in Section 4 (Processing on Behalf of a Controller, appropriate safeguards for transfers to the U.S.). To protect against spam, the form uses a technical honeypot field and Netlify’s spam filter. The contents of the form are checked for spam using the Akismet service (Automattic Inc., USA). The legal basis is my legitimate interest in protecting against spam and misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No further analysis of your data for advertising or analytical purposes takes place.

To receive and manage my emails (e.g., your inquiry to info@peejay66.de), I use the Zoho Mail email service provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. (EU region), Netherlands. The email data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union. I have a data processing agreement with Zoho in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure and reliable email communication (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) as well as—when entering into a contract—Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or tracking purposes, nor does it incorporate any third-party services that set cookies. Therefore, a cookie consent banner is not required.

7. Fonts

The fonts on this website are loaded locally from the server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party servers; your IP address is not shared with third parties.

8. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can tell that the connection is encrypted by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.

9. Right to File a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
